Harissa Shakshuka
I’m a little bit mad that I didn’t realize shakshuka was a thing until a couple years ago. The amount of shakuka I’ve eaten in the last two years probably makes up for it though. Here’s my version ft. crushed tomatoes, spicy harissa paste, and crumbles of feta cheese.
