Ingredients

1 lb pasta
2 green onions
1 red bell pepper
1 large carrot
1/2 red cabbage

For the dressing:

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp veg oil
6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
sriracha to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta according to the package. Let cool completely.

  2. While the pasta is cooking, prep the veg! Slice the carrot, red cabbage, red bell pepper, and green onions into thin, bite size pieces.

  3. Make the dressing. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk until fully incorporated.

  4. Combine all the veg, cooled pasta, and dressing in a large bowl. Toss until the dressing fully coats everything.

  5. That’s it! Eat right away, or serve it chilled. It keeps in the fridge really well, so it’s a good recipe for meal prep.
