Crispy Vegeta Chickpeas

Ingredients
2 cans chickpeas
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp vegeta (amazon has it here if your local store doesn’t carry it)
juice from 1/2 lemon
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400° for 5 min. if you don’t have an air fryer, it’s cool, just preheat your oven to 400°.
Drain, rinse, and pat dry both cans of chickpeas.
In a medium bowl, add together all the spices, lemon juice, olive oil, and chickpeas. Gently toss until everything is combined, and each chickpea is covered in spicy goodness.
Add the chickpeas to the preheated air fryer basket. if you have a small air fryer, you might have to work in batches. If you’re doing it in the oven, spread out the chickpeas on a large sheet pan.
Air fry (or bake) for about 25 minutes, making sure to remove the basket and toss the chickpeas every 5-10 minutes to ensure even an even crisp.
Remove from the basket, sprinkle with a bit more vegeta, and snack yourself silly.
